Photo Editor Max - Professional image edit application
Image editing is becoming more and more popular. Maybe it's because a photo that was taken with a low performance digital camera isn't good enough or just because one wishes to add a personal touch to a photograph, making it stand up above the crowd. Either way, you need an image editing software. You could use Paint, the software included in Windows, but you will soon realize that it lacks a lot of options and that it has very limited image possibilities. Alternatively, you could use Adobe Photoshop, the well known advanced photo editor, but this is not for beginners due to the complexity of its functions. It also costs a lot of money and it requires powerful computers. A better solution is Photo Editor Max. This is basically a photo editor that allows adding numerous effects to photos and features even a screen capturing function that can take screenshots using various settings.
Photo Editor Max installs in no time because it has a straightforward setup process. It can run on most versions of Microsoft Windows, ranging from XP to Windows 7. It takes up little hard disk space and it's much gentler with the system resources than other similar programs.
Speaking about the program's interface, it resembles the one of the default Windows photo editor, Paint, but with added functionality. Beginners who are familiar with Paint will certainly get used to Photo Editor Max in the shortest time possible. The user can create a drawing from scratch, using various drawing tools or can import a preferred image, on which he can apply various effects and corrections. The number of image formats that can be imported into the program is quite impressive.
Besides creating drawings and editing photos, Photo Editor Max can also capture the desktop using various settings. Thus, it can capture the entire desktop, an active window or only a part of it. After an image is done editing, it can be emailed or printed directly.
Pros:
It allows importing a large number of image formats. Besides that, it can add numerous effects and corrections to images.
Cons:
The trial version doesn't allow saving edited images. Besides that, the interface doesn't support themes and seems a bit dull.
Photo Editor Max is an unique photo editor that manages to fill the gaps left behind by other similar programs.
